Male cat needing care

I have a 1 and a half male cat amed tiger I can not give the care he needs, alot of stuff has been going on and I cant afford to care for him, and rather than sending him to a shelter to possibly be put to sleep Im hoping someone will take him, he needs to be seen by a vet, he has alot of hair loss from constant licking and scratching, he needs medical care and i cannot afford it. And he needs help, other than that he is the perfect cat, he is fixed, good with other cats and dogs, serious inquiries ONlY, they're will be a small re homing fee to ensure he goes to the right home, please dont message me unless you are willing to take him,
