Duties include: • Grounds maintenance and upkeep to maintain a clean environment and community • Several tasks including: o Clean up of property and breezeways o Check exterior lighting o Check pool and maintain a clean clubhouse o Notify maintenance technicians of any needed repairs • Other duties as necessary Requirements: • High School Diploma or G.E.D. • Positive attitude and willingness to help • Focus and attention to great customer service • Good communication and time management skills • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally • Valid driver’s license and transportation • Must be drug free and maintain a clear appearance • Must be felony free • Preferred: previous Groundskeeping experience
