Need a ride to and from Tijuana

Hello. I have a surgical procedure in Tijuana on 2/21 at 4 pm. I need to be picked up from my apartment in downtown San Diego, taken to the office in Tijuana 25 minutes away. Will need you to wait in car for about 20 minutes, and then take me back home. I believe the job will take 1.5 hours, depending on traffic, possibly two. I will pay $100 cash. Would be helpful if driver is Mexican/ knows Spanish.
