Remodeling company looking for a lead framer/carpenter. The perfect candidate will have a truck with a lumber rack, all power and hand tools necessary to construct a home. All applicants must possess advanced framing and finish carpentry skills. Should be able to read and understand all aspects of plans, including hardware and sheer transfer details. Experience cutting and installing stairways. Proficient in layout and building of roof structures, conventional or truss. Experience leading a productive and efficient framing crew. Advancement possible with the right attitude and effort. Starting pay depends on skill level and experience, but generally ranges from $35-$40/hour.
