Description

To support the daily operations of San Diego buildings and programs through ensuring organized, safe, and efficient working conditions by providing routine and non-routine maintenance, servicing, and assembly of the sites equipment and furnishings as well as provide program support in the form of observations, record keeping, and organization. Warehouse or maintenance experience preferred. Exposure to life sciences and bio tech environments a plus. Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems advantageous. · Unbox, assemble and install equipment and furnishings · Maintain, clean, and repair equipment according to experience · Organize and log supplies and material stored on and off site · Interface with external contractors and monitor and assist their progress · Ensure training related to all relevant Quality Management System training and procedures is up to date.
