The Window Shoppe manufactures and installs high-quality, energy-efficient vinyl windows and doors. Our clean, state-of-the-art facility is located in Vista. We have a small, dedicated team that is passionate about building quality products and providing expert, friendly service to our customers. We are currently recruiting for both Lead and Assistant Installers to install and service retrofit windows and sliding glass doors. Work schedule: Monday thru Friday, 7am start; ability to work overtime and Saturdays as needed. Qualifications needed for Lead: 3+ years of prior window installation experience with a proven track record of superior workmanship. Must be motivated, dependable, organized and have a strong attention to detail; have an excellent aptitude to train and mentor other installers and provide excellent Customer Service to ensure our customers' satisfaction; be highly proficient with a variety of construction tools and equipment; have a clean driving record; and be able to safely lift and carry 50 pounds unassisted. $26-40+ per hour (including bonus) Qualifications needed for Assistant: Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus, but most importantly, we hire for dependability and attitude, and train for the skills needed. Must be dependable, detail oriented and a quick learner; able to safely lift and carry 50 pounds unassisted; familiar with a variety of construction tools and equipment; able to read a tape measure and have good mathematical skills; and have a clean driving record. $19-$30+ per hour (including bonus) We offer: Above market compensation Vacation, sick and holiday pay Medical, dental and vision benefits - Company pays 75% of employee premium!
