JOB DESCRIPTION The Solar Pool Heating Installer role is a full-time, hourly position. This position will be part of a team responsible for installation, service, and/or troubleshooting for residential solar pool heating systems. We’re looking for motivated individuals and/or experienced crews interested in joining our growing team. The right candidate(s) for this role will be a team player who works hard and contributes to the success of SolarTech. This role requires fluent English and solid communication skills. Candidates must have experience working with solar pool heating systems and must be comfortable communicating with customers on a regular basis. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE • Residential Pool Solar Installation experience a Must and Commercial Solar Pool Heating is preferred • Ability to climb ladders/comfortable on roof's is a MUST • Knowledge of pool filtration systems preferred • Attention to detail REQUIRED • Ability to troubleshoot problems and identify solutions • Excellent customer service (Face-to-face with homeowners) • Professional appearance, reliable, DRUG-FREE • Excellent communication skills • Knowledge with various solar pool heating products • Must have a clean driving record and valid driver’s license COMPENSATION INCLUDES • $17-30/per hour (TBD based on experience) • Contribution to medical, dental, and vision benefits • Paid time off and holidays ABOUT SOLARTECH SolarTech provides award-winning solar solutions for residential, commercial, and non-profit customers in Southern California.
