About this position SeeScan has an opening for an experienced Material Planner to help ensure a consistent flow of materials into the organization. At the outset, you will focus on assessing and reducing risk on bills of materials for electronic components. Our company culture Working at SeeScan is unlike working for other companies of our size. In this position, you will • Monitor and maintain AX system settings to ensure materials are properly planned and procured • Cycle through electronic BOMs and assess risk • Work with Purchasing and Supply Chain to ensure teams are buying, planning, and expediting appropriately to meet production schedules • Maintain metrics to measure supplier performance, on-time delivery, etc. About you • Proactive systems-level and strategic thinker • Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of achieving consistently accurate results • Able to clearly articulate complex concepts/challenges and present solutions • Ability to manage large projects and meet deadlines • Capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Skills and experience • Relevant experience in material planning • Advanced skills in ERP/MRP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 is strongly preferred) We offer • A position within an established company, growing from humble beginnings in our founder’s garage to a team of over 300 • A culture of transparency, growth, and innovation – read more about it below! • Medical, dental, and vision coverage • Traditional and Roth 401(k) investment options, with a current company matching contribution of up to $50 per paycheck (biweekly) • Flexible Paid Time Off plan with no cap or “use it or lose it” requirement In your application, please apply online at with your resume and a thoughtful cover letter explaining why you are the ideal candidate for this position.
