I'm looking for a specific place to move to!

I currently own a house in East Akron. I run my small business from home. The 2 boys in the pictures r my world and mean everything to me. They r both rescue dogs and the sweetest dogs on earth. I live on a main road though and only have a acre of land thats not currently fenced in. Because of the terrain it will cost me a large chunk of change to do it how the city will let me. If I could do it the intelligent way I'm looking at about 1500 bucks. With the ordinances in place and stipulations on my property because it's commercial and residential both I'm looking at about 5000 to get it fenced in. So I'm looking for a place to rent in the country a little more. I work from home and I'm pretty much a loner. I'm looking for a loft or a small home but something with land that my dogs can play on and me not worry about the busy rd. Currently...there is a lot of foot traffic that walks by my house and my dogs love new people. So they have to greet em when they see em. I want them to be able to be free to play and get exercise. Here I have to stay with them for that to happen. My work schedule don't allow much of that. So if I can find the right spot to rent for me I will just rent out my house now and possibly just outright sell it if things go right while the market is up. I do require a 2 car or better garage for my business though and more space would be even better. Off the beaten path is a must. I'm just throwing this out here to see what happens. I'm not currently looking to move or sell my house but if the right opportunity came up I would.
