Full time helper needed for HVAC company no experience needed Please refer anyone who may be interested: Small family owned Appliance repair heating and air conditioning installation company seeking full time helper/assistant/apprentice to start as soon as possible. Full time M-F 40 hours per week, occasional optional overtime hours available (mostly in the summer during busiest months) paid at 1.5x hourly rate. No driving on the job is required, only to and from work. The employee would be riding with the owner in the truck from job to job and assist on jobs. Owner does the work himself so no experience needed, just assist as needed/directed such as handing tools and aiding to lift/hold. The owner has over 35 years of experience and has retained customers for that span of time, is an expert in his field. He can teach and train if you want to learn the trade and optionally pursue growth within the company. We’ve had the same employee for 3 years and could really use someone reliable as he has moved on to pursue schooling. This is a great opportunity for someone young who wants to learn. *It is important to note we will only hire a fully vaccinated individual and proof of vaccination will be required.* Additionally, masks are worn for the duration of the work day.
