Fundamentals of Oral Medicine COURSE OBJECTIVES: 1. Identifying common types of oral mucosal lesions in a dental practice 2. Differentiating benign versus malignant oral lesions 3. Management of common oral mucosal lesions and learning when to refer 4. Summarizing diagnosis and management of burning mouth disorder 5. Providing a brief overview on neuropathic conditions affecting the head and neck region. The GMDA is the professional association of dentists from the Milwaukee   area dedicated to serving both the public and members of the profession of dentistry.
