The inspiHER Girls Leadership Retreat is a one-day event designed specifically for girls in grades 5-8 & focuses on leadership development. Our one-day leadership retreat provides interactive workshops focusing on developing skills in leadership, confidence, resilience, self-care, and community service. The event will take place on Saturday, April 30th at Bloom-Carroll Middle School in Carroll, Ohio. Doors will open at 7:30am, with the event starting promptly at 8:00am and concluding by 5:00pm. Parents are welcome to attend the opening ceremony that begins promptly at 8:30am and stay for an optional free parent session entitled "Talking with Your Child About Mental Health" with Behavioral Health Specialists from Nationwide Children's Hospital. The registration cost for each 5th-8th grade girl attending the full-day event is $25.00 and will include free resources & materials, lunch, snacks, an event t-shirt, and more! *Registration is limited to the first 200 participants.
