At the PossePlus Retreat, students, faculty, and staff  come together to talk about the topic on a national, campus, and personal level. Last year, we came together to discuss “The State of Leadership.” We considered our roles as leaders on our campuses and in our world during a trying period of separation. In the end, we committed to leading and building inclusive communities that are better prepared to support their members during challenging times. This year, things look very different. With the return to our campuses across the country, some of us for the first time, many questions and debates have arisen around what it means to be a collective and to be part of a commUNITY. Our experiences and the way we interact with one another have changed. At this year's PPR, you will have the opportunity to tackle questions that will help us chart a course forward personally, as a campus, and as a nation. At the 2022 PossePlus Retreat: Calling on CommUNITY, we all have an opportunity to rethink, reinvent, and restore our communities. How can our communities come together to help lead the world forward? How do we work together to create new and inclusive norms? How can our campus community move forward together? How do the policies, practices, and cultural forces of the day create opportunities for transformation? How can we continue to build community while we are physically distanced?
