Shineworks is where Do-It-Yourself crafts meet Random Acts of Kindness.
Who have you thanked today? Our monthly Shineworks program, where Do-It-Yourself crafts meet Random Acts of Kindness, teaches your children gratitude! Using everyday household items, participants create one-of-a-kind crafts, and leave ready to share them with deserving people in their communities.
Shineworks is one of the most fun things to do with kids in DFW, and is best suited for children in grades 1 - 5.
First time attendees receive a special yellow apron. Each week, participants also earn a custom Ray Wattson (the House of Shine mascot) pin.
