Be your best in that body you've got! Learn how to move better with Foundation Training. Foundation Training is a simple solution that gives you the means to change the way you move and correct the imbalances caused by our modern habits. Through a series of body-weight exercises, Foundation Training activates your posterior muscle chain, anchors the hips, decompresses the spine, and teaches you to take the burden of supporting the body out of your joints and put it where it belongs: in your muscles. No matter your age or your fitness level, Foundation Training puts you on the path to wellness. **Please bring water and a yoga mat** This is a vaccinated only event. Please bring your ID and vaccination certificate. The studio offers ventilation, social distancing and strict cleaning protocols so that we all stay safe. This movement improvement system was designed by Dr. Eric Goodman to restore your body's natural flow and put you at the center of your health. Whether as a performance tool, a postural tool, or a tool to get you out of pain, Foundation Training helps you become the powerful and effective person you aspire to be. www.foundationtraining.com I’ve been a personal trainer for 18 years and am certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), the YMCA, and Foundation Training. My training style uses sport-specific strength and conditioning, core strength and balance development, active isolated stretching, goal-setting, motivational techniques, and now Foundation Training. I use a hybrid of these modalities to help my clients reach peak personal performance and development. I consider each client a puzzle, and it’s my job to find the right combination of pieces that makes their personalized program safe, fun and effective.
