Messy Art Day is an annual community event hosted by the parents and kids of the El Cerrito Preschool Cooperative (ECPC). Come get messy!!! Welcome!! After a 2-year break, we are excited to announce that we will be resuming our annual tradition of hosting Messy Art Day at El Cerrito Preschool Cooperative (ECPC). Come join us at our school on March 20, 2022 to experience our hands-on, play-based philosophy. And be prepared to get messy and get all those quarantine feelings out in safe, thrilling ways! COVID Safety We want to keep this event safe and comfortable for everyone. In addition to all volunteers and eligible attendees 5 years and older being masked and vaccinated, tickets are timed entry to limit the number of people at one time. The event will be outdoors, and we will be cleaning and sanitizing available bathrooms regularly. Proof of vaccination will be required (we will provide options to submit it before the event, UPON REGISTRATION or alternatively, AT TIME OF ENTRY on March 20). Please bring a vaccination card, or be prepared to show a digital vaccination record which reflects a shot (vaccination or booster) within the past 6 months. Additionally, we will be monitoring case counts, positivity rates, and community transmission of COVID on Contra Costa and Alameda counties leading up to the event, and will plan to update you closer to the time either to confirm the event will continue as planned or in the unfortunate event we have to postpone. Available Tickets Tickets are free! Each kid attending will need a separate ticket. One adult can accompany any ticketed child. Tickets for children 2-4 years old are available starting at 11am. Tickets for children 4-7 years old are available at 3pm. No more than 40 tickets will be sold for each timed entry slot.
