Description

Join us for Two Free Therapeutic Sound Healing Sessions! The community is invited to participate in a Community Sound Healing Session featuring UFULU Child. Sound Healing is the use of instruments and/or the voice to change the balance of the body from dis-ease or dis-harmony to ease and harmony. Hortencia Campbell and Maurice Clark, also known as Tenci and Sol Xprsn, are co-founders of Ufulu Child-- a Texas-based "home" for Freedom Seekers worldwide rooted in artistry and wellness. Beyond being husband and wife, they are Hip-Hop/Soul performing artists and holistic healers with expertise spanning from Kemetic (Ancient African) Yoga, Reiki, Meditation, & Holistic Lifestyle Transformation, to Sacred Geometry Artwork, Songwriting, Sound Healing, and beyond. Ufulu Child is on a mission to help people all over the world live a healthy lifestyle while unlocking next-level self-love. People from all walks of life are becoming healthier, happier, spiritually empowered, and more of themselves due to this mission and they show no signs of slowing down. Every day people join their powerful "Freedom Tribe," for inspiration, accountability, easy-to-follow programs, and 1-on-1 coaching in freedom lifestyle mastery. To learn more or join their email list visit UfuluChild.com This event will take place in the Museum Drum. Please reserve your spot for each session separately! Through the preservation and exhibition of African American material culture, history, and aesthetic expression, the Carver Museum works to create a space where the global contributions of all Black people are celebrated. We accomplish this by telling stories about our local community and connecting those histories to larger narratives about Blackness.
