GAME DAY! GAME FACE! Welcome to my 26th birthday sha-BANG! My birthday sha-BANG is themed after field day! This was when schools would break students into teams and have them compete in relay races and other competitive games for a prize - Yes, there is a prize! Here are some things you need to know for the sha-BANG! 1). I am asking everyone to Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle, or Paypal me $26 for the cost of food, games, and the park permit. I also thought it was an appropriate number as I am turning 26 (; Paypal: Joya Hammond-Watson (it's under my momma's name) Zelle: My name? Text me and we will work it out Venmo (what I use most often): Nasya Hammond-Watson Cashapp (I hate this app but if you must):$NasyaHammond-Watson 2). We will be outside in the park all day. We will be participating in relay races and other physical events so be prepared to run and get a little messy (: That means protect your hair ladies and come in your team colors! 3). Teams will be randomly assigned prior to the event. I am solidifying the head count by April 1st so that catering and the appropriate number of items can be available for this event. Additionally, it will give you all enought time to dig in your closet and/or order clothes in the color of your team (and also give you time to have my gift come in time for the event) 4). Due to my sha-BANG being a field day competition, it is IMPERATIVE that you arrive on time (or early to help me set up)! Your team members need you and it will be unfair if people are added to teams last minute, etc. Did I mention there is a prize? 5). Food and drinks will be provided. Liquor will not be. On the permit, I identified that this event will not have liquor. What you have in your water bottle is between you and God, but please be smart and safe! If that is what you choose to engage in at my event, drink responsibly and DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE. There is money being put down for a permit at this location and I will be liable if anything happens at this park. **Smoking is also prohibited per the park permit. 6). If you have asthma or allergies to nature, be mindful that again we will be outside all day and playing physical games. - Please don't die at my birthday party. That would suck. 7). The event is set to end at 3pm - because my birthday is a 24hour event, I will be planning a nice dinner that night around 7pm. This would also require an RSVP so please TEXT ME if you are interested in attending the dinner after field day. Not required, no pressure, but I'm gonna eat! 8). DO NOT bring additional people without running it by me! I repeat - DO NOT bring additional people without running it by me! I am open to this in advance, but please continue to consider that the events of this sha-BANG are teamed! Therfore if I am planning for 20 people to participate (4 teams of 5) and you decide to bring an additional person, this throws off the team count and ... Did I mention there is a prize? 9). I NEED YOUR HELP! If you have access to a large speaker, cooler, outside table, and/or lounge/folding chairs. Please Please bring them! Please reach out to me that you can bring these items with you, even if you only have chairs for yourself. We will be in an open field so please keep in mind that there will be no seating and you may be exposed to direct sunlight so do what you will with that information. 10). Finally, I just truly want everyone to have FUN. As you all know I LOVE TO LAUGH and I really want our child-like nature to come out. Is this a competition? Yes. But what I want the energy to be like on this day is nostalgic, humorous, and fun-loving. That is it. I can't wait to see you all there!
