Moms! Get ready to dance the night away with your son at Bricker-Price Block! Get those dancin' shoes ready for our Mother/Son Dance on Sunday, May 1st from 5-7 PM! This will be an amazing chance to make unforgettable memories for moms and their boys. Don't worry you don't just have to dance! DJ host 'Big Daddy Breeze' Brad Edwards will help point you to our games, light appetizers, bar service (Moms only) & ice cream bar (thank you Beans & Beignets!) You only need to purchase one ticket per family! Proceeds from the dance will go towards an Earlham Senior Scholarship Fund started by Chicks with Checks. Restored inside and out, our historic event venue Bricker-Price Block serves as the cornerstone for renewed community life in Earlham and Madison County, extending a friendly welcome to guests from Central Iowa and beyond. On the ground floor is one of the area’s newest destination dining spot, Beans & Beignets with the mission to create joy and friendships over good food, coffee and ice cream. Upstairs, the Hadley Family Social Club, with its classic arched windows, tall tin ceilings and refinished wood floors, is a beautiful setting for birthday parties, weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, wedding or bridal showers, fundraisers, corporate meetings and any other special life events. Our community event venue is also host to unique events like our annual Harvest Gathering Farm-to-Table Dinner and our Family-Friendly & Late Night Trivia Events. The proceeds from these events go right back to providing affordable programming for our youth during our Kid’s Club Summer Camps and for our local senior citizens through our Senior Speaker Series.
