90-Minute Intro to Bourbon Distillation Class with Lunch and a Bourbon Cocktail Come meet the founder of Liberty Call Distilling, Bill Rogers, as he talks about bourbon and bourbon distillation. We'll be actually distilling a small batch of Liberty Call bourbon and learning about the basics of distillation and how whiskey flavors come to be. We'll be using Liberty Call's 100 Gallon Reflux Column still that has made all of Liberty Call's Spirits to date! Class includes lunch and bourbon cocktail. Must be 21 and over to participate. Limited to 12 participants only.
