Either party shall provide the other party with prompt written notice of any delay or failure to perform that occurs by reason of force majeure. In the event that CDC guidelines, or The Sisters & Turnaround Prayer Ministries cancels, or postpones the event due to pandemic related safety precautions, or other Acts of God, there will be no refunds, as deposits and payments will have been made to various vendors, and necessary supplies would have been purchased in preparation for your time with us. Although refunds will not be processed, we will apply 100% of your Registration payment(s) to a future event date that is safe for all. Your registration confirms your understanding of this disclosure. In person registrants are required to follow CDC and The Sisters Ministry safety precautions at all times while attending the event. If prior to attending the event, you begin to experience COVID-19 symptoms, or you have been exposed to someone who you know has tested positive for COVID-19, please do not attend this event.
