Join us for the return of the monthly "CAKES by the OCEAN!" 40 min booty bands class + 10 meditation with theBAKESHOP! Join us as theBAKESHOP's exclusive beach booty workout, "CAKES by the OCEAN" makes its return at Santa Monica Beach! Come together for 40 min of cardio and booty band work, followed by a 10 min meditation. Meet at the given location at 10am, and class starts at 10:15am! Class is FREE! But donations are welcome! (As this will help us continue to bring more to this experience each month!) Come with friends, or come alone! Either way you'll definitely leave with new friends! Every participant must register and sign the waiver LOCATION: 930 Pacific Coast Highway, Santa Monica, CA 90403 (the beach straight out from this parking lot) PARKING: There's a parking lot with a payment kiosk right in front of where we meet on the sand. Parking is $8-$12 . You can also park on the street above, Ocean Dr, near Ocean and California. There's meter parking, or the surrounding neighborhood streets offer free parking for 2 hrs. If you park there, give yourself 10-15min to walk down the California Incline walking bridge that lets out right into the parking lot From the parking lot you'll see us set up straight out towards the ocean. TIME: 10am pst (class starts at 10:15am pst) WHAT TO BRING: - Workout mat - sweat towel or extra towel for mat - water - booty band! (any will do! But the fabric kind works better with theBAKESHOP classes)
