Winston, III. This endeavor did not begin as a business venture; instead it started out of a strong passion to have every event styled with grace and elegance. Since its inception, it has been full steam ahead for this fledgling enterprise. With no working capital, but a strong conviction and great expectations to exceed customer satisfaction, Johnnie poured his paychecks and efforts into Exclusive Designs while maintaining full time employment. Friends and family have contributed greatly, and a tremendous blessing from the Lord has kept faith, business and expectations high. Through word of mouth, theclient list of Exclusive Designs has been growing exponentially, and the company is on the verge of becoming another great American success story. To visualize why Exclusive Designs has and will prosper, it’s important to understand the passions and background of its founder. Johnnie is the creative force behind this venture. Born in Jersey City, New Jersey and raised in South Carolina. By maintaining his roots he uses his unique talents to the fullest. He is a graduate of Morehouse College (Atlanta, GA) where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with concentration in Marketing. He has an abiding faith in the creator and he is fearless in his determination that success can be achieved through hard work, and excellent customer service. He is an innovator and believes strongly that the “customer truly comes first.”  The depth of Johnnie’s creative talents and professional skill set are the key ingredients in the success of the company thus far. Armed with superb interpersonal skills, sales & marketing savvy, visual design, interior decorating skills and of course his mastery of culinary arts, Johnnie is poised for even greater success. His credo: “A life without goals is like a race without a finish.” He is earnest in his drive to carve out a significant place for Exclusive Designs in the very competitive event planning industry. Johnnie’s goal for Exclusive Designs is evidenced in his carefully thorough mission statement. He sees success as being measured by the company’s ability to create meaningful employment for others, proven partnerships with other small businesses as well as play an active role in guiding and educating young people through philanthropic endeavors and to ultimately achieve personal financial freedom.  Johnnie also has lent his expertise in the gospel industry to such high profile events as the “Stellar Gospel Music Awards,” the Atlanta-based “Trumpet Awards,” “The Gospel Heritage Awards,” and the NFL sanctioned gospel event The Super Bowl Gospel Celebration. Other related show credits include: BET Hip Hop Awards, Soul Train, Dove Awards, BET Honors, Real Housewives of Atlanta, Grammy's, Sisterhood, and Married to Medicine and various others. He was the set designer for the pre-party for R & B Diva’s Season 2.
