Join Rolla Magic and Hiking Hotties LA for a rejuvenating morning of hiking and meditation at Eaton Canyon Falls , Saturday 2/19 , 9am . Welcome to Golden Hours ! Rolla Magic is so excited to announce our first installment of our new monthly skate and wellness series with a rejuvenating Hike and meditation at Eaton Canyon Falls in Pasadena ! This week we're so grateful to join Hiking Hotties a LA , a femme centered hiking and wellness community inspiring and empowering femmes all over LA to connect through fitness , wellness, and exploring the beauty of outdoors. Stay up to date on their latest hikes and adventures on Instagram: @hikinghotties_la We'll be meeting at 9am and promptly start our hike around 9:15am . Please be on time , or contact us if you're running behind. We'll meet at the start of the trail , near the parking lot . Address : 1750 N Altadena Dr, Pasadena, CA 91107 You can find more information about Eaton Canyon here : https://parks.lacounty.gov/eaton-canyon-natural-area-and-nature-center/ This Hike is beginner friendly . There are some streams we'll have to cross , and a beautiful waterfall at the top of the canyon, so we encourage attendees to bring waterproof shoes or a change of shoes and socks. What else to bring: Plenty of water, comfortable shoes, hat , sun screen, towel, and journal if you'd like to write down some intentions. In collaboration with @hikinghottiesla (IG) we are hiking Eaton Canyon! This will be a rejuvenating hike with meditation! Parking should be pretty easy at or near the address listed, but you may have to park a few minutes walking distance away so plan accordingly. This hike is pretty easy. There are some streams you have to cross so wear waterproof shoes and/or bring an extra pair of shoes (and socks) for after the hike if you want to be comfortable.
