Join me for a walking tour of Balboa Park. Learn about the "Jewel of San Diego." We'll visit the gardens and look at amazing architecture. This tour was inspired by feedback from a recent guest who said, "I never realized how many hidden gems there are in this park, and I've lived here my whole life." So whether you're visiting San Diego for the first time, or a born and raised local, this tour makes a perfect day out in America's Finest City! Learn about Balboa Park's long and rich history, and visit some secret nooks and crannies. -Tour takes about 2 hours and covers 1 mile on mostly flat pavement -Every tour is conducted by Kris Dawson, the business owner -Get some fresh air and safely enjoy an outdoor event -Learn about the history of San Diego and California -Avoid large groups. Every tour has a maximum of only 8 guests, and a minimum of two Every tour is conducted by the business owner, Kris Dawson. he's been giving private tours in Balboa Park for over 2 years, and also as a volunteer with "Forever Balboa Park Visitor Center." Kris gained his experience with Forever Balboa Park, the busiest visitor center in San Diego, as a tourguide and information desk attendant. He's also volunteered as a Gaslamp Quarter tour guide with the Gaslamp Museum at the Davis-Horton House, and the San Diego Professional Tour Guide Association.
