Seth Monk is a former Buddhist monk who spent 10 years abroad, living in monasteries, holy sites, caves, and learning the spiritual arts from great masters such as His Holiness XIV Dalai, Thich Nhat Hanh, and Ajahn Brahm. Seth is also an initiate of Siddha Healing, an ancient India healing technology from which he channels.
