Winter is officially here, which signals a time when growers are gearing up for the forthcoming spring planting season. AgLanta Grown and East Point Grown are hosting a seed swap seedling workshop at Food Well Alliance's annual Fruit Tree Sale on Saturday, February 19th. Come network and commune with fellow growers to not only exchange seeds but also take part in a "Start Your Own Seedlings" workshop. In the workshop, you’ll learn about seed selection, starter-soil mix, irrigation, light, and transplanting. Don't forget to also place your order for fruit trees as supply is limited!
