Our guest featured artists will be singer/songwriter, Cat Galen of Columbia, South Carolina, singer/songwriter, Rhonda McFadden of Lake City, South Carolina, and Chi-town’s Own, Grammy nominated national recording artist/songwriter, daytime talk show host of “One Stage To The Next & Sister Circle”…..Syleena Johnson! Along with these awesome artists, come and enjoy the Team7 Band, thee best female DJ in the land DJ Locked Shi, and your debonair host, Deon Generette! Brief History: On December 25, 2006, directed by Bill Cordon, the movie DreamGirls was released to the world! Deena (Beyoncé Knowles),Effie (Jennifer Hudson) and Lorrell (Anika Noni Rose) form a music trio called the Dreamettes. When ambitious manager Curtis Taylor Jr. (Jamie Foxx) spots the act at a talent show, he offers the chance of a lifetime, to be backup singers for a national star (Eddie Murphy). Taylor takes creative control of the group and eventually pushes the singers into the spotlight. However, one becomes the star, forcing another out, which teaches them about the high cost of fame.
