Join us for an afternoon Hatha yoga class for all levels. We'll focus on the breath in each asana (yoga pose) to deepen the stretch and unite our bodies with our minds. Bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. A portion of proceeds will be donated to the National Association of Black Physical Therapists https://nabpt.org/.
Hosted by Kiana Jackson, a yogini practicing since 2009 and teaching since 2019, at So Zee Gallery, a local black and woman-owned event space. We look forward to sharing the joys of yoga with you.
