Yoga with Ralph at the Heritage Center
Our first yoga session at the Heritage Center! McKeesport native, Yoga Ralph, will take us through a beginners yoga session. This session will have options for the new and experienced yogi. Ralph will also give us a little history of yoga lesson! Registration is encouraged but not required. Please bring a mat, water and wear comfortable clothing.
