Join Coach Kyla in an all around intro course to aerial fitness! You'll get a look into each of the apparatuses and get a great workout!
Conditioning and strength training is essential. If you're new to aerial this is a great class for building strength for climbing silks and lyra mounts. Conditioning is important for injury prevention so you can enjoy aerial for years to come. All levels are welcome. This class will work on strengthening all parts of the body including arms, legs and core. Silks and lyra will be used for endurance, strength exercises and drills. Bring a towel and plenty of water because you are going to sweat!
This class is available for anyone over the age of 16. Liability waivers will be required prior to the start of class. There is a two student minimum for every class, so if only one attendee is signed up there will be a refund issued!
Here at Tampa Sports Academy we are dedicated to hosting events to help promote health and wellness within the Tampa Bay area. Through our partnership with Wellness for America, we will be hosting a series of events throughout the year that are free to the public to help bring fitness to the lives of everyone in our community.
