Press release from the City of Hermosa Beach: 02/14/2022 Household delivery of green organics carts coming Feb. 21-26. Beginning Feb. 28, green carts will be serviced same day as trash & recycling. Throughout the week of February 15 – 18, 2022, the City will begin CIP 629, Municipal Pier Structural Assessment (pending tide conditions).  Throughout the week, you will see divers conducting underwater inspections in and around the Pier.  Divers will be conducting under water inspections, including inspection of underdeck elements, repair mapping of the Pier, and design-level repair mapping of pile caps and soffit.  The City has already notified both LA County Lifeguards and LA County Beaches & Harbor.  For information about the City's Capital Improvement Project, click here.  This press release was produced by the City of Hermosa Beach.
