This is an entry level position – no experience necessaryWe provide training and will assist in developing your skill set, from a basic understanding of electrical systems, correct use of tools, building and layout, to the design of the electrical system.Anyone with a great attitude who wants to grow with us are encouraged to applyStarting pay is $14.00 an hour (more with applicable experience) and will grow with your skill set. Benefits Medical/Dental/Vision InsurancePaid PTO and holidaysFull Time, day shift 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday – FridayPart Time opportunities with flexible schedule availableHigh School or equivalent, degree or certificate in automotive, trade school a plus, but not required.This is an entry level position, experience in automotive repair a plus, but not required. Education Experience Position Description In this role we will teach you how to: Assemble wire harnesses to a nail board based on customer specifications.Read and understand electrical diagrams and drawings.Learn proper crimping and assembly techniques set by the IPC standards.Expand knowledge on best practices for proper wire harness manufacturing.Document and organize all notes and wire replacements to ensure product quality.Adhere to ISO 9001:2015 processes and instructions. Characteristics Organization Skills – working in a methodic fashion to complete a task.Detail Oriented – ability to identify items that are out of place, ability to problem solve.Written Skills – ability to document work progress.Verbal Skills – not afraid to ask questions, ability to communicate areas that need further development.Responsible – strong work ethic, timeliness with tasks and reporting to work. Physical Requirements Ability to work and stay on task in area of responsibility.Must have good eye hand coordination.Must have physical dexterity of hands/fingers to assemble harnesses. Aeromotive works with Tier 1 companies developing, prototyping and manufacture wire assemblies for the automotive, commercial and aviation markets.
