Shingle roof replacement

Description

Need single shingle tear off and replacement. No wood replacement needed (already in good condition). Replacement with 30# felt and architectural shingles. Rooftop A/C, numerous pushouts on South side of house (air vents, skylights/ solar tubes, plumbing vents, 3 whirly birds). Front of house has small patio cover already shingled and to be replaced. Rear of house has low slope roof along the entire edge but recently replaced, so only shingle to roll roofing transition needed. Schedule flexible. Well experienced only. About 25 square.
