Baltimore Area, Property Management Company is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to handle tenant service calls. The technician must be reliable with their own car and tools. Responsibilities include: • Lock changes. • Replace cabinets when needed. • Unclog sinks, tubs, sewer lines, and commodes. • Replaces or repair broken windows, doors, and fences. • Patches walls and ceiling as necessary. • Repairs vacant units for occupancy. • Completes general repairs to occupied units. Must have at least three years of maintenance experience.
