We are now hiring for a full-time Parts Coordinator to support purchasing, inventory control and serve both internal and external customers’ needs. Essential responsibilities of the Parts Coordinator include:  Respond to requests for parts and materials from field sales and technicians  Work closely with supervisor on inventory control including audits  Create a friendly and inviting customer experience for phone and in-person parts and equipment purchases  Order parts and inventory  Stock shelves and assist with shipping/receiving as needed  Fulfill, pack and ship orders  Administer and process warranty claims  Manage, issue and track tools to field staff  General upkeep of parts department  Other duties as assigned Required skills and abilities:  Outstanding customer service skills with a desire to solve problems and serve others  Highly attentive to detail  High personal integrity  Able to work both independently and collaboratively  High-school diploma or equivalent  Valid driver’s license plus ability to acquire DOT certification  Computer (Word, Excel, Outlook) experience and data entry accuracy  Work full-time Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend shift As an industry leader with a reputation built on quality, integrity and expertise, Twin Cities customers have trusted Standard Heating & Air Conditioning to provide for their in-home safety and comfort since 1930.
