We are a local flipping company looking for a part time project manager to oversee various properties we are renovating. If you have experience in PM or construction management, send us your resume and what your desired hourly or project rate is. We have 1-4 houses under renovation per month all over Central Coast. Must have reliable transportation, cell phone and good communication skills. Need budget over sight, purchasing materials, job site inspections, invoices, etc.
