Rehoming my grandmothers 4 year old cat

Helping my grandmother find a new home for her 4 year old cat named Sunny. She recently had a fall with major surgery and needs to find a new home for him. I have networked to see if anyone in the family could take him before going with Craigslist but all of us have dogs that don’t get along with cats. He is a VERY lovable / affectionate cat. Can be a bit shy with new people but warms up quickly. Not sure if he would be good around other animals as he’s never been around any animals. He’s up to date on vaccinations and is neutered. He would come with his litter box/ scooper, toys and a toy bin, small cat tower that’s new, food / treats, nail clippers / brush, cat carrier & all paperwork. We are looking for a small rehoming fee for him.
