My daughter was fostering a Navy families 8 yr old pet for 2 yrs, unfortunately my daughter passed away from covid and the Navy family is deployed to another country, we need to find a home for her soon, my mom is taking care of her now, but has to have open heart surgery in a couple weeks and can no longer care for her. The family has consented to rehoming her. she is a terrior pit mix and can only be the only dog in the family.
