We are looking to hire a outgoing pool service technician in Las Vegas / Henderson to join our growing team! We offer competitive pay, bonus incentives, and advancement opportunities. Prefer someone with pool service experience, but may consider training the right candidate. Looking for a candidate with a can-do and positive attitude who can provide great customer service to our clients. We pride our customer service above everything! Candidate must enjoy working outdoors and in a route type environment. The main duty of this position is cleaning pools and balancing chemistry. Cleaning involves vacuuming, netting debris, and brushing. Pools can get very dirty, so if you do not enjoy cleaning please do not apply. Upward mobility to Repair Tech, Shift Supervisor, General manager. Job Description: Responsible for cleaning swimming pools, testing water, determining the appropriate amount of chemicals to add, adding chemicals, inspecting equipment, making any needed adjustments to timers/controllers/valves, providing Excellent Customer Service and communication to clients, logging each service visit on app, communicating any issues with office, and following all company policies and procedures. Prefer someone with knowledge of control equipment, pumps, valves, valve actuators, filters.
