Looking for a rescue for a dog.

We need to find a rescue for a dog named miloh. He was my aunts but she passed. We cannot keep him. He is a chihuahua mix. About a year or so. Not neutered. He's extremely loud (yappy) and is very anxious and while he gets on fine with my dogs/cat, he sometimes nips at my kids and is too rough on my older dogs. Please don't flag this listing. I've been trying to find a placement for months but my listing is always being flagged and I'm running out of options and don't want to have to euthanize. All of our local shelters are full and will not take him, and I'm told the shelter in Vegas won't take him since he's out if county.
