We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician's to assist with day-to-day repairs and general maintenance requests. We are hiring technicians in each of the following locations: North County, South County, and East County. Responsibilities: • Completion of general maintenance tasks as assigned. • Working knowledge of plumbing, electricity, painting, drywall, woodwork, floor, carpentry, locks, appliances, pools & spas, general labor, and life-safety equipment. • Inspects equipment and systems to identify problems or issues. • Assists in apartment turnover completion, including remodeling units. • Accurately records work activities performed. • Clean worksite after job completion. • Other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repair. • Ability to follow directions and instructions from supervisors. • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn. • Always provide professional customer service. • Must be able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment. • Works well in a team environment. • Communicates proficiently. • Must be able to travel regularly between property locations. Physical Requirements: • Prolonged periods of standing and walking. • Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull 50 pounds regularly. • Must be able to climb ladders and stairs. • Must be able to sit, bend, crawl, kneel, and reach. • Must be able to traverse worksite in different types of weather. • Must be able to navigate uneven terrain.
