We manage several mobile home parks in the greater Weaver/Anniston/Oxford area and have a large volume of vacant mobile homes needing repair. Some jobs are large, others are small. We can give you whatever size job you feel most comfortable with. You must be knowledgeable in: drywall, light carpentry, light plumbing/electrical, appliance installation, and general repairs. Previous experience repairing mobile homes is preferred but not required. You must have your own tools, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
