Walz Properties is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for our apartment communities in San Diego, South Bay, and North County. We are looking for candidates with experience in multi-family properties including resident service requests, vacancy turnovers, and general maintenance. Specific duties and responsibilities include: • Plumbing, electrical, or similar certifications is a plus • HVAC experience is a plus • Minimum 3 years general maintenance experience, minimum 6 months apartment experience desired • Bilingual – Spanish and English • Can do attitude, dependable • Great customer service, team player • Pass credit report, background, reference check • Valid driver’s license and proof auto insurance • Must have basic tools. • Reliable transportation – truck would be preferable. Position and Company Benefits Details: • Pay rate - $20-25/hr • Hours – 40/week, Monday through Friday • Health insurance available after 3 months – medical, dental, and vision • PTO/Sick Days available after 3 months –
