DAVIDSON, NC — Today is the long-awaited 2020 general election and Davidson voters can prepare by checking voter registration status, polling locations, voting hours and more. Election Day voting begins at 6:30 a.m. in North Carolina. While polls officially close at 7:30 p.m., any voter in line at that time will be allowed to cast their ballot. Tuesday, Nov. 3, is also the last day to return an absentee mail-in ballot.
