Career Strategies is hiring Apartment Groundskeepers and Maintenance Techs for multiple communities throughout the Denver Metro Area to include Littleton, Highlands Ranch, and Aurora!! (Just to name a few) We're looking for people who can start ASAP (even this week!!) and we have plenty of temp-to-hire opportunities open RIGHT NOW! Pay Rate - $16/hr-$20/hr (DOE) WEEKLY PAY!! The groundskeeper is responsible for the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings of multi-family residential apartments. Maintenance technicians are responsible for completing make-readies, work orders, and turns in a timely manner every day. They're also responsible for providing their own set of basic tools to bring daily. CPO, EPA, and/or HVAC certifications are a HUGE plus.
