Description
DAVIDSON, NC — The North Mecklenburg Parade — a tradition that has ushered in the holiday season in Cornelius and Davidson for the past 38 years — is set to go virtual this year.
The ongoing pandemic forced organizers to cancel an in-person version of the parade. This year, the event will be celebrated online with submitted videos, according to the Town of Davidson.
"While this year's parade will not be held live on Town of Davidson and Cornelius streets, with your help we can guarantee it will be an exciting event which will entertain and help our community create new memories and connect with local organizations and businesses safely, at home," organizers said.
