Description
DAVIDSON, NC — While the ongoing pandemic has upended many holiday traditions this year, a Davidson church is adapting by turning its annual live Nativity into a socially distanced event.
Davidson United Methodist Church is hosting a free drive-thru live Nativity Saturday, Dec. 19 and Sunday, Dec. 20, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m.
The event will include Bethlehem shop scenes and stable animals.
"Roll down your windows and listen to the Christmas music while you drive slowly past shepherds, wise men, and angels on your way to the stable to see Mary, Joseph, and Baby Jesus," church event organizers said.
Davidson United Methodist Church is located at 233 South Main Street in Davidson.
