WHAT WE NEED: The Porter role is a part-time, non-exempt position that serves a community in the Pearl District. There is no parking provided but easy public transportation to both buildings. The hours are Sunday and Monday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with 30 minutes for an unpaid lunch. These hours are subject to change based on the needs of our clients. • A candidate will provide janitorial services in the common areas to include: o vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sweeping, stainless steel polishing, cleaning restrooms, cleaning garbage/recycling areas, washing windows, leaf blowing, hosing down concrete areas, cleaning stairwells, litter patrol, light bulb changes and other tasks as needed • Attention to detail • Must possess good verbal and written communication skills • Excellent organizational and time management skills to include inventory of supply needs • Ability to work both in a team environment and independently • Basic math and reading skills for reviewing instructions and mixing cleaning formulas • Candidates must supply 2 professional references supporting their abilities in these areas • Successful completion of the interview process and pre-employment requirements; CMI participates in E-Verify and is an equal opportunity employer WHO WE ARE: Community Management, Inc., (CMI) AAMC is a home grown, locally owned, full-service Management Company providing management services for homeowner associations throughout Oregon and SW Washington for the past 49 years.
