PDX Movers is currently looking to hire passionate MOVERS to our ever-growing team!! **Hourly Wage **PFP (weekly performance bonus) **Monthly Bonuses **TIP$ (roughly $50-150/week) **Paycheck EVERY Friday! These include Outdoor Events/BBQs, Paintball, Blazer Games, and more! ------- Duties & Responsibilities ------- -Work with team to pack, wrap and prepare all customer belongings -Ensure that all customer belongings are handled with care and not damaged -Load and unload trucks -Attention to detail -Problem Solving ------- Required Skills ------- -Great listening skills and clear communication -Patience, problem solving and high attention to detail -Teamwork and safety -Customer service and patience ------- Physical Requirements ------- Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift upwards of 75 lbs Ability to be active while wearing a mask (as per CDC guidelines) ------- Bonuses & Benefits ------- -Pay: $15.00-$23.25 (base pay + performance pay) -Payday: EVERY FRIDAY!! -Cash Tips: (averaging about $50-$150 take-home weekly) -Sick Time Accrual -Monthly Bonuses -Full-time employees - eligible for health, vision, and dental insurance after 90-days of employment Growth & advancement opportunities (including leadership training, on-the-job training, and new roles constantly in development) Check out our Instagram and Tiktok to see what we’re all about!
